Bluebox delivers and collects its cool rooms because of their size and weight. A delivery and pickup fee may apply.

Hire cool rooms plug into a 240 V outlet. Bluebox supplies a 10 A extension lead and says units are tested and tagged with safety switches. If you need more than one unit, discuss separate power circuits. Ask about a generator if your site has no power.

Allow room for the trailer itself and access to deliver, place and collect it. Tell us about height limits, gateways, garages or carports so we can check the available unit dimensions.

Bluebox aims to deliver before an event where scheduling allows. Weekend hire usually covers Saturday and Sunday, with collection generally on Monday. Specific delivery or collection times, and a requested Sunday pickup, may incur an extra charge. Timing is normally confirmed closer to delivery.

The minimum hire period is two days.

Yes. Bluebox can arrange longer hires and discuss a rate for the proposed period.

You can use your own padlock and key on the door. Keep the unit in a secure location and follow the security instructions provided with the hire.

Remove your contents and clean spills before collection. Bluebox washes and sanitises units between hires; a cleaning fee may apply if a unit is returned dirty.

The live hire information lists cash, Visa, Mastercard and EFT. Payment is required before delivery. Confirm the payment arrangements with your quote.
